2020 has given us a new set of challenges and it's natural to be feeling heightened stress, overwhelm and anxiety with all of the uncertainty.

With so much outside of our control, it becomes even more critical to support our mental wellbeing by building up our inner resilience. Our mental attitudes are only one of the factors that influence our resilience, we can also build resilience through community and connection, nutrients, and lifestyle. It's when we build up our inner resources through multiple approaches that we can be our most resilient and adaptable.

We're bringing together three experts - Sam Johnson, Professor Julia Rucklidge and Ben Warren - to present this timely webinar, 'Building Blocks for Resilience'.

We'll be covering:

- the power of community in recovery and resilience;

- the latest research into how nutritional interventions can help people recover from stress; and

- practical ways to increase resilience through diet and lifestyle practices.

This special event is raising funds for the Mental Health and Nutrition Research Group at University of Canterbury.
